🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for target-driven and result-oriented Collections & Recovery Executives to handle recovery operations for leading NBFCs and Banking clients.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Handle overdue accounts from NBFC and Banking portfolios
* Manage inbound & outbound calls for payment follow-ups
* Negotiate repayment plans & settlements
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
* Resolve customer queries in coordination with internal teams
* Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 1 year experience in collections/recovery
* Experience in NBFC / Banking preferred
* DRA Certification (preferred / mandatory as per process)
* Good communication & negotiation skills
* Target-oriented & pressure handling ability
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
* Problem-solving mindset with customer handling skills
