Job Description
Job Description:
We are hiring BPO Telecallers for an NGO fundraising process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential donors and explaining NGO initiatives to raise funds.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients for NGO fundraising campaigns
Explain NGO objectives and encourage donations
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Maintain call records and update system regularly
Achieve daily calling and performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Freshers can apply
Age: 18 – 28 years
Gender: Female (as per requirement)
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Confidence in speaking over calls
Basic understanding of customer handling
Positive and target-oriented attitude
Work Details:
🕒 Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
📍 Work Mode: Work from Office
