Customer Care Executive

Vijay Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support services from home. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries
• Respond to customer emails and messages
• Provide product information (Men, Women & Kids clothing)
• Assist customers with order tracking and returns
• Resolve complaints politely and professionally
• Maintain daily customer interaction records

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Basic smartphone or laptop knowledge
• Stable internet connection
• Customer-friendly behavior
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

💰 Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Performance Based)
