Job Description
Vijay Enterprises is looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support services from home. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries
- Respond to customer emails and messages
- Provide product information (Men, Women & Kids clothing)
- Assist customers with order tracking and returns
- Resolve complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain daily customer interaction records

- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Basic smartphone or laptop knowledge
- Stable internet connection
- Customer-friendly behavior
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
