**Job Description (JD) – Zomato Customer Support Associate (Chat & Voice Process)**

**Position:** Customer Support Associate – Zomato

**Process:** 50% Voice Support & 50% Chat Support

**Employment Type:** Work From Home

### Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat support.

* Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

* Follow company policies and process guidelines.

* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi** (Mandatory).

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (V5 communication level preferred).

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

### Work Schedule

* **9-hour shift** (8 working hours + 1-hour break).

* Rotational shifts and weekly offs as per business requirements.

### System Requirements

* Personal laptop/desktop with:

 * Intel Core i3 processor or above

 * Minimum 4 GB RAM

* Stable broadband/Wi-Fi internet connection.

* Candidate must have their own laptop and internet connectivity.

### Compensation

**Freshers**

* CTC: ₹19,000 per month

* In-hand Salary: ₹15,410 per month

* Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929

**Experienced Candidates**

* CTC: ₹20,000 per month

* In-hand Salary: ₹16,253 per month

* Quarterly Bonus: ₹1,929
