Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential and commercial properties.
  3. Arrange and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers and tenants.
  4. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients.
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  6. Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  7. Coordinate with developers, property owners, and channel partners.
  8. Assist clients with booking procedures, agreements, registrations, and possession formalities.
  9. NO Monthly and Quarterly sales targets.
  10. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  11. Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.


Daily Tasks

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Attend client meetings and property site visits.
  • Update property inventory and client database.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through portals, social media, and references.
  • Coordinate with builders and property owners for availability and pricing updates.
  • NO SALES TARGET


Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Gurgaon/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel for site visits.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
  • NO SALES TARGET
  • Weekly Off on Tuesday - SUNDAY is Working
