Destination Manager - Study Abroad

We are looking for a Destination Manager to handle end-to-end student guidance for study abroad opportunities. The role involves counselling students, managing admissions, coordinating with international universities, and supporting students through the visa and pre-departure process for assigned study destinations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to students regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, and countries.
• Handle complete admission process for assigned destinations (applications, documentation, follow-ups).
• Assist students in preparing SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other application requirements.
• Coordinate with international universities and education partners for admissions and offers.
• Guide students through visa process requirements and documentation support.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the process.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and webinars for student engagement.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, university updates, and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience in study abroad or overseas education counselling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
