Senior Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage travel programs specially designed for senior citizens. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing domestic and International tours while ensuring safety, comfort, and a seamless travel experience for elderly clients. Key Responsibilities Plan and design travel packages tailored for senior citizens, domestic and International Oversee end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics Ensure high standards of safety, comfort, and medical readiness during travel Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local vendors Manage group tours and provide on-ground support when required Handle customer queries, special requests, and escalations Develop partnerships with travel vendors and healthcare support services Monitor budgets, pricing, and profitability of travel packages Train and lead travel coordinators and support staff Ensure compliance with travel regulations and documentation Key Requirements5-6 years of experience in the travel industry, with team handling experience Strong knowledge of domestic and International travel operations Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills Strong communication and client-handling abilities Sensitivity and understanding of senior citizen needs Ability to handle emergencies and problem-solving under pressure Preferred candidate profile
