About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Executive who will support our digital marketing operations, manage client communication, and assist with social media and WhatsApp marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating with teams, and working in a fast-paced digital environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination
• Handle client communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns and client follow-ups
• Maintain client records, databases, and reports
• Assist the social media team with basic posting, scheduling, and coordination
• Track project updates and ensure timely communication with clients
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients
• Prepare basic documentation, invoices, and reports (if required)
• Ensure smooth workflow and process management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing tools/broadcasting
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/regional language preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Google Docs)
• Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and processes

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience in a digital marketing agency
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Basic knowledge of ads, analytics, or content management
• Prior client-handling experience
