Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate B2B and B2C courier leads.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and the company website.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor website traffic and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage online reviews, customer engagement, and brand reputation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Required Skills2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and SEM.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain marketing is preferred.
