Job Description
Prepare dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, and LR copy.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Sales departments for timely dispatch.
Verify product quantity, model, and documentation before dispatch.
Arrange transport and coordinate with transporters/courier partners.
Track dispatched shipments and update customers or the Sales team.
Maintain dispatch records in ERP/Excel.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of material.
Resolve dispatch-related issues such as shortages, delays, or damaged shipments.
Prepare daily dispatch reports and pending dispatch status.
Maintain stock movement records and dispatch registers.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines during dispatch.
