Customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements) verify karna


Banks/NBFCs ke portal par files login karna


Loan status track karna (login → approval → disbursement)


Sales team ko updates dena aur queries resolve karna


Discrepancy ho toh customer se documents collect karna


MIS reports maintain karna (daily/weekly)


File rejection ya delay ka reason identify karna
