Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace management, advertising, catalog handling, order processing, customer support, and platform operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer support queries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
- Monitor account health, seller performance, and customer ratings
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and platform offers
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and advertising performance reports
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams
- Required SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of marketplace operations and seller management
- Knowledge of ads and promotions is preferred
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Preferred Skills (Plus Point)Knowledge of quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
- Experience managing paid ads and performance marketing campaigns
- Experience1–3 years
