E-commerce Operation Executive

Role Overview

The Amazon & E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across marketplaces, ensuring listing accuracy, stock availability, and seamless coordination between internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Shoot Coordination with internal teams & Others Parties to send new products for photoshoots.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management. Create, upload, and manage product listings on SpreadHome’s website and marketplaces.

3. Monitor stock levels across all sales channels.

4. Showroom Inventory Management as Perform regular showroom stock checking.

5. Order Tracking & Coordination Track pending orders and maintain updated order sheets.

6. Jio Project ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain MRP lists.

        Arrange and manage marketing kits.

             Update and manage product data on iPads and convert into required formats (PDFs).

Key Skills Required

Proficiency in MS Excel & Word 

Graduation Must.

Preferred Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations .

Experience in home furnishing, textile, or D2C brands is a plus.
