Job Description

Role Summary

As an ERP / Accounting Software Specialist, you will be the bridge between our software products and our clients. You will handle end-to-end implementation of our Accounting, ERP, CRM and HRMS software at client sites, provide ongoing support, train client teams and gather feedback that helps improve our products. Your understanding of accounting principles, business workflows, and software will be critical to client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Accounting, ERP, CRM and HRMS software modules at client locations (on-site and remote).

• Understand client business processes (accounting, inventory, payroll, HR) and map them to software features.

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and document functional specifications.

• Perform data migration from legacy systems (Tally, BUSY, or manual records) into the new software.

• Train client staff on software usage, generating reports, and day-to-day operations.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.

• Log, track and resolve client issues; escalate bugs to the development team with clear documentation.

• Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and training materials for clients.

• Coordinate with the development team for customization requests and feature enhancements.

• Maintain implementation checklists and project timelines for each client deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation (B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc IT) – Commerce or Business background strongly preferred to understand accounting and business concepts.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with any accounting or ERP software (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, BUSY Accounting, SAP B1, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, or similar).

• Strong understanding of core accounting principles: GST, TDS, ledger management, bank reconciliation, invoicing, inventory, and financial reporting.

• Experience in software implementation, client training, or application support roles.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (client-facing role).

• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and explain solutions in simple language to non-technical users.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus).

• Willingness to travel to client sites within Delhi-NCR and occasionally outside. Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with HRMS / Payroll software (attendance, leave, salary processing).

• Knowledge of CRM workflows (lead management, follow-ups, sales pipeline).

• Familiarity with API integrations, report customization, or basic SQL queries.

• Prior experience working in a software product company (not just using the software as an end user).
