Export Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Export Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end export operations, international shipments, export documentation, and global business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth export processes, compliance with international trade regulations, and expanding overseas business opportunities through client communication, market research, and participation in international conferences and trade events.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete export operations and international shipment processes.
• Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, COO, BL/AWB, LC documents, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and overseas clients.
• Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade policies.
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and business partners.
• Identify new international markets and generate export business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for business expansion.
• Attend international conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings to promote company products and build global business networks.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups with overseas clients.
• Coordinate internally with production, accounts, logistics, and management teams for smooth execution of export orders.
• Prepare export reports, sales analysis, and business development updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in export management and international business operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.
• Good understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple international clients and shipments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and export-related software.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
