We are looking for a reliable and well-mannered Factory Coordinator to maintain our factory's daily data and reports. You will be the central point for collecting production, order, material, and stock information from our factory team and keeping it updated in Excel daily.
Responsibilities:
- Collect daily information from production, packing, and dispatch staff (morning round on the factory floor)
- Update Excel sheets daily: orders, raw material, stock, job-work tracking
- Record updates from company WhatsApp group into the sheets
- Follow up politely with staff and vendors on pending materials and dates
- Share daily reports with management on WhatsApp / email / Google Drive
- Assist factory office with basic documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
- Good MS Excel, email, and Google Drive — will be tested in interview
- Polite, patient, and well-spoken — this role needs coordination with senior staff daily
- Punctual and regular; comfortable in a factory environment
- Must live within 20 minutes of Azadpur (nearby areas preferred — e.g. Model Town, Adarsh Nagar, Jahangirpuri, Shalimar Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Pitampura,
