Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise daily factory and production activities
✅ Ensure smooth workflow and production discipline
✅ Monitor product quality and report issues
✅ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
✅ Coordinate with workers and factory staff
✅ Maintain production and inventory records
✅ Support loading/unloading and stock management when needed
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Basic English communication
✔️ Leadership & team coordination skills
✔️ Punctual, hardworking, and responsible attitude
✔️ Basic computer/mobile knowledge preferred
