Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, order processing, customer support, and marketplace operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of online selling platforms and good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on E-commerce platforms.
- Update product details, pricing, and stock availability.
- Handle online customer inquiries and support.
- Process and track customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Ensure timely updates of product images and descriptions.
- Support promotional activities and online campaigns.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic Excel and computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving attitude.
