Job Description

*Strategy & Planning:* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.

*Content Creation:* Produce and curate engaging, brand-aligned multimedia assets (text, image, video, and live streams). Manage an active content calendar. 

*Community Management:* Foster meaningful conversations by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions. Build a loyal online community and handle customer feedback or inquiries.

*Paid Advertising:* Design, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, managing ad budgets for maximum ROI.

*Analytics & Reporting:* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, conversion, and follower growth. Create regular performance reports and pivot strategies based on data.

*Trend Monitoring:* Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital formats to keep the brand relevant.
