फील्ड बॉय / रनर की आवश्यकता

हम अपनी प्रिंटिंग कंपनी के लिए एक ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार और मेहनती फील्ड बॉय / रनर की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। इस कार्य में डिलीवरी, मार्केट विजिट, सैंपल लाने-ले जाने एवं दैनिक कंपनी कार्यों में सहयोग शामिल होगा।

कार्य की जिम्मेदारियां:

क्लाइंट्स एवं वेंडर्स को सैंपल, डॉक्यूमेंट्स एवं प्रिंटिंग सामग्री पहुंचाना

मार्केट एवं सप्लायर्स से सामग्री, सैंपल एवं पार्सल लाना

आउटसोर्सिंग एवं कोऑर्डिनेशन कार्य में सहायता करना

ऑफिस एवं फैक्ट्री के दैनिक कार्यों में सहयोग देना

अर्जेंट डिलीवरी को जिम्मेदारी एवं प्रोफेशनल तरीके से संभालना

फील्ड ड्यूटी के दौरान नियमित अपडेट देना

टीम के सदस्यों को बेसिक ऑपरेशनल एवं कंपनी कार्यों में सहायता देना

उम्मीदवार की योग्यता:

टू-व्हीलर चलाना अच्छी तरह आना चाहिए

वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अनिवार्य है

स्मार्टफोन होना आवश्यक है तथा WhatsApp और Google Maps का उपयोग करना आना चाहिए

ईमानदार, अनुशासित, समय के पाबंद एवं नियमित होना चाहिए

सीखने एवं कंपनी के साथ लंबे समय तक काम करने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए

दिल्ली NCR के रास्तों की सामान्य जानकारी होना बेहतर रहेगा

फील्ड वर्क / डिलीवरी का पूर्व अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

विवाहित / परिवार वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी

कार्य समय

सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक

साप्ताहिक अवकाश: रविवार

नियमित समय के बाद ओवरटाइम लागू होगा

वेतन एवं सुविधाएं

वेतन: ₹15,000/- + ओवरटाइम + अन्य कंपनी सुविधाएं

ओवरटाइम के दौरान भोजन/खाने की सुविधा

We are hiring a sincere, responsible, and energetic Field Boy / Runner for our printing company. The role involves handling deliveries, market visits, sample movement, and supporting daily operational work.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver samples, documents, and printing materials to clients and vendors

Collect materials, supplies, and parcels from markets and suppliers

Assist with outsourcing and coordination-related tasks

Support office and factory operations as required

Handle urgent deliveries efficiently and responsibly

Provide regular updates while on field duty

Assist team members with basic operational and company-related work

Candidate Requirements:

Must know how to ride a two-wheeler confidently

Valid driving license is mandatory

Must have a smartphone and should know how to use WhatsApp and Google Maps

Honest, disciplined, punctual, and regular

Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Basic understanding of Delhi NCR routes preferred

Prior field work/delivery experience preferred

Married/family-oriented candidates will be preferred

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Overtime applicable after regular working hours
