Sales Executive

Shree Metal Corporation is a premier stockist and supplier of stainless steel and MS industrial raw materials to large scale manufacturers. We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who can generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, follow-ups, and field visits.

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales / industrial sales preferred

Industry Preference: Stainless Steel / Metals / Industrial Raw Materials / Manufacturing / Hardware

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential customers in industries life food and beverages, dairy, pharmaceuticals, paper, etc. using stainless steel raw materials
2. Generate new leads through cold calling, internet research, references, and market visits
3. Communicate with prospects through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
4. Understand customer requirements and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Follow up regularly with leads and existing clients to close orders
6. Maintain records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities
7. Coordinate with internal team regarding orders, dispatch
8. Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets

Required Skills

1. Good communication and negotiation skills
2. Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and internet usage
4. Ability to travel within Delhi NCR for customer meetings
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
6. Hindi speaking required; basic English communication preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in B2B sales or industrial product sales
2. Candidates from stainless steel, metal trading, pipes, hardware, industrial products, fabrication, or building material industries will be preferred
3. Graduate preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
2. Travel allowance for client visits
3. Opportunity for long-term growth in industrial sales

Working Days & Timing:

1. Monday to Saturday
2. Timing: 10:30am to 7:30pm
