Job Description

IOT ARSENAL is hiring a Field Operations & Installation Supervisor to manage technicians and helpers across Delhi NCR. The role includes preparing rosters, assigning daily installation and service jobs, monitoring attendance, ensuring timely customer visits, conducting technical training, checking installation quality, handling escalations, and maintaining field reports. Candidates should have strong practical electrical knowledge, team-handling ability, customer communication skills, and experience in field operations or technical service. ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech candidates may apply. A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory. Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, with performance incentives, health insurance, accident coverage, and growth opportunities within a growing company.
