Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Freelance HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on a project basis. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet client hiring needs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
• Use creative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, networking, referrals)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

2. Screening & Interviewing

• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit

3. Client Coordination

• Understand client job requirements and expectations
• Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback

4. Offer & Closure

• Assist in salary negotiation and offer rollout
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Ensure timely closure of positions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals

Preferred Skills

• Experience in niche hiring (IT, Non-IT, Startup hiring)
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Strong network on LinkedIn

Key Deliverables

• Number of positions closed
• Quality of shortlisted candidates
• Adherence to hiring timelines

Compensation

• Per hire basis (most common)
• Fixed fee per position / monthly retainer
• Incentives based on successful closures
