Job Description
Teleminds Infotech Pvt Ltd is hiring Female HR Executive for Mahavir Nagar New Delhi Location.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and updating job description.
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online portals (e.g. Naukri and Indeed)
3. Calling screened candidates for interview.
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, and in-person)
6. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Sourcing Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
Shift : 7.00 am- 4.00 pm
Salary : 15000-20000/-
Experience: 0-3 years.
