To find and search relevant candidates. To attend job fairs, campus connect, field headhunting to create pool of interested candidates. To coordinate interviews, screening right candidates for various positions. Must have experience in doing bulk hiring. Staffing industry experience will preferred. Non IT experience only. Preferred if closed Retail and Ecommerce positions. Must have own conveyance.
