URGENT HIRING – HR Manager with Solar /Energy industry
📍 Location: Greater Noida (Onsite)
🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💰 Salary:
Hike on current CTC (as per experience)
📌 NOTE:
HR Manager with Solar /Energy industry Experience
Experience in Solar / Energy industry preferred
Skills required: Compliance & Performance Management
Immediate joiners preferred
We’re looking for candidates who:
✔ Can manage end-to-end HR operations
✔ Have strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
✔ Can handle performance management systems
✔ Have experience in recruitment & onboarding
✔ Maintain employee records and HR documentation
✔ Work well with teams and ensure smooth coordination
✔ Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🎯 Eligibility:
✔ Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
✔ Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR role
✔ Experience in solar/energy sector (added advantage)
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
✔ Strong attention to detail
