HR Head

We are a growing organization with a workforce of over 400 employees operating in both day and night shifts. We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined HR professional to lead and manage all HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Manage statutory compliances such as ESI, EPF, and other labor regulations
• Ensure smooth handling of payroll inputs, attendance, and shift management (day & night)
• Maintain discipline and implement company policies across all departments
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
• Supervise housekeeping, facility management, and overall workplace cleanliness
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all legal and audit requirements
• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees
• Strong knowledge of ESI, EPF, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Highly disciplined, dedicated, and proactive in approach
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of handling both strategic and operational HR functions
