HR Recruiter – Job RoleAn HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring suitable candidates to meet an organization’s staffing needs.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding hiring needs
  • Work with managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
  • Sourcing candidates

  • Screening & shortlisting

  • Offer & negotiation
  • Discuss salary, finalize offers, and handle negotiations.
