Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Head – HR, Talent Acquisition & Factory HR Operations
Experience: Minimum 10+ years
Location: NCR (Factory + Office Based)
CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Fabrication / Industrial Machinery / HVAC / Commercial Kitchen Equipment
1. Role Objective
Lead end-to-end HR operations for factory and office.
Drive strategic and urgent hiring across technical, supervisory, and white-collar roles.
Build HR systems, discipline processes, and performance measurement tools.
2. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Hire factory head, supervisors, welders, fitters, refrigeration technicians, press brake operators, laser operators, lathe operators, designers, and service engineers.
Hire sales team, customer support, digital marketing, videographer/editor, and admin staff.
Manage sourcing through portals, consultants, references, ITIs, and industrial clusters.
Own screening, salary negotiation, offer closure, and joining.
3. Factory HR Operations
Attendance, leave, overtime, and shift management.
Discipline enforcement and misconduct handling.
Worker grievance handling and retention.
Induction and onboarding of workers and staff.
4. Payroll & Compliance
Salary sheet preparation and validation.
PF, ESI, bonus, overtime, and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of labour laws and factory rules.
Maintain employee records and legal documentation.
5. Performance Management
Develop monthly KPI scorecards for workers, supervisors, and office staff.
Design yearly appraisal and increment matrix.
Implement probation review and PIP framework.
Track productivity, discipline, and output metrics.
6. SOPs, Policies & Training
Develop leave policy, approval hierarchy, attendance rules, and disciplinary SOPs.
Conduct process and behavioural training.
Develop induction modules and department SOPs.
7. Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience.
At least 5 years in manufacturing / factory HR.
Strong blue-collar hiring network preferred.
Hands-on and execution-driven mindset.
8. Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A. / BBA or equivalent) is sufficient.
Diploma / certification in HR, Labour Laws, Personnel Management, Payroll, PF / ESI, or Industrial Relations will be preferred.
MBA is not mandatory.
Candidates with strong hands-on factory / plant HR experience will be preferred over purely corporate HR profiles.
