Position: Front Office Receptionist
Company: Dell Authorised Service Center
Location: Uttam Nagar, Delhi
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-oriented Female Front Office Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer interactions, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently in a service center environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers visiting the Dell Authorised Service Center in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
- Call customers for service updates, follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and delivery coordination.
- Handle customer walk-ins, job sheet coordination, and visitor management efficiently.
- Maintain customer records, service updates, attendance, and reports in MS Excel.
- Prepare daily reports, customer follow-up sheets, and service status reports.
- Coordinate with engineers and internal staff for smooth service operations.
- Share reminders, messages, and updates with customers and staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Handle customer queries confidently and provide proper information regarding repair/service processes.
- Ensure professional communication and high customer satisfaction at all times.
- Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, receptionist, telecalling, customer support, or service center operations.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong calling, customer handling, and follow-up skills.
- Good convincing power and professional communication ability.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email handling, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain customer/service data efficiently.
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage work under pressure.
- Female candidates preferred.
