Job Description
- Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for smart card manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Card embedding machines
- Lamination machines
- Milling and punching machines
- Printing systems
- Chip implantation and personalization equipment
- Conveyors and automation systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.
- Ensure quick response and resolution to minimize production downtime.
- Automation & Control SystemsMaintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo drives, sensors, and SCADA systems.
- Support machine calibration, parameter optimization, and process stability.
- Coordinate with OEMs for software and hardware issues.
- Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment health using maintenance records and predictive tools.
- Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
- Production SupportWork closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Support machine setup, trials, and process validation activities.
- Improve machine availability, OEE, and production efficiency.
- Utilities & Facility MaintenanceMonitor and maintain utilities such as:
- Air compressors
- HVAC systems
- UPS and power systems
- Chillers
- DG sets
- Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to production operations.
