Job Posting: Payment BD & MID Manager (English Version)

Job Title: Payment Partnership & MID Onboarding Manager Location: Delhi / NCR (On-site) Compensation: Fixed Base ₹50,000 - ₹55,000 + Performance Bonuses Incentive: ₹5,000 per active Payment MID (post-live & first transaction)

Key Responsibilities:

- PG Partnership Acquisition: Proactively engage with major Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, etc.) and Banks for direct integration. Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive MDR rates and optimized settlement cycles.

- MID Onboarding & Compliance Branding:

  - Website Compliance: Audit and guide the technical team to ensure the company website meets all PG/Bank audit standards (Terms, Refund, Privacy policies, etc.).

  - Business Documentation: Draft professional Business Profiles and choose appropriate MCC codes to maximize approval chances for MIDs.

- Risk Query Management: Act as the primary point of contact for PG Risk Teams. Prepare and defend business models through professional written explanations and supplementary compliance documents until the MID is "Live."

- Channel Maintenance: Monitor daily Success Rates and Chargeback ratios. Lead the appeal process for account suspensions or limits to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in the Indian Fintech/Payment industry. Must have a deep understanding of KYC/KYB and RBI compliance norms.

- Network: Pre-existing relationships with Account Managers or Risk Teams at major Indian PGs is highly preferred.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. Ability to draft complex business cases and compliance responses.

- Mindset: Result-oriented with a strong ability to navigate the complex regulatory landscape in India.
