About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting them into customers through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound/inbound efforts
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
