Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Telecaller (Vehicle Owner Onboarding – Cab Services)Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to onboard vehicle owners for our corporate cab services. The role involves calling individual car owners, explaining our vehicle attachment model with MNC companies, and convincing them to register their vehicles with us. Good communication skills and the ability to build trust over calls are essential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to vehicle owners to explain cab attachment opportunities
• Educate vehicle owners about earnings, payment cycles, and working terms
• Convince and onboard vehicle owners for corporate and MNC cab services
• Collect and verify vehicle and driver details and required documents
• Follow up with interested vehicle owners until onboarding is completed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and onboarded vehicles
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth vehicle attachment
• Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets
• Qualifications and SkillsExperience in telecalling, sales, or onboarding preferred
• Good Hindi and basic English communication skills (local language preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Polite, confident, and professional phone manner
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
• Experience in cab services, logistics, or driver onboarding is an advantage
