Education Counsellor

• Must have good communication skills
• Must have experienced in tele calling (plus point)
• Proven experience in counseling, guidance for Education sector (especially UPSC)
• Languages known Hindi, English (Must required)
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
• Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
• Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
• Converting inquiries into admissions.
• Listening to student's concerns, empathizing with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
• Will be responsible for making calls on given data and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
• Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of counseling experience in an educational or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with current coaching admissions processes and education industry-specific trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
