Job Description – Counselor (On-call / Face-to-Face)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient/client counseling (both on calls and face-to-face)
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Clearly explain services, treatment plans, or courses
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
Convert inquiries into admissions/sales (for target-based roles)
Maintain proper records of calls, walk-ins, and conversions
Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in counseling or sales (preferred)
Positive attitude with strong convincing ability
Key Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Problem-solving ability
Patience and empathy
Additional:
Comfortable with both on-call and face-to-face counseling
