Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Inside Sales Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

● Counsel students and parents regarding our services and admission processes.

● Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital leads to generate admissions.

● Convert daily leads into successful enrollments by providing proper guidance and follow-ups.

● Maintain strong follow-up with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversion.

● Handle objections, doubts, and rejections confidently and provide effective solutions.

● Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and sales updates in CRM.

● Should be self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with strong communication skills.

Preferred FEMALE candidates from North East India.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office)

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Salary: 25K to 40K per month + incentives (negotiable; higher for the right candidate)
