Channel: HDFC Branch Banking
Location: Multiple Locations (Bank Branch Based)
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA
💼 Job Role: We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers (VRM) to manage and service customers through the HDFC banking channel. The role involves building strong customer relationships and offering suitable insurance solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls/virtual channels
- Build and maintain relationships with HDFC Bank customers
- Cross-sell insurance products
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (Any stream)
- Age: 21 – 35 years
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Sales or banking/insurance experience preferred
- Fresher with strong communication can also apply
