Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design, upload, and manage content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with basic knowledge of social media handling and content posting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging posts, banners, and creatives for social media
• Upload and schedule content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for reach
• Maintain consistency in brand design, colors, and theme
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content planning
• Monitor post performance (likes, reach, engagement)
• Ensure timely posting as per content calendar

• Required SkillsProficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Creative mindset with good sense of design and layout
• Knowledge of reels, posts, and story formats
• Basic content writing skills (captions & hashtags)
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Requirements6 months to 2 years experience in graphic design/social media
• Portfolio of previous work (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of video editing (optional but preferred)
