Job Description
- Visit patients' homes for sample collection as per scheduled appointments.
- Identify patient details accurately before sample collection.
- Collect blood, urine, and other specimens using proper techniques and tools.
- Ensure hygienic and safe sample collection using gloves, masks, and sterile equipment.
- Label all collected samples correctly and update documentation accurately.
- Maintain the cold chain during transport of samples to the lab.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
- Communicate politely and professionally with patients.
- Report any difficulties or delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain equipment in clean and working condition.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards strictly.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage minor grievances professionally.
