🔷 Job Description (English)We are HARDEV ENTERPRISES, a growing Ayurvedic wellness company, actively hiring HR Executives (Work From Home) to recruit and manage Sales Executives through platforms like Apna Jobs.

This is a full-time remote role, equivalent to an office job, requiring discipline, responsibility, and performance-driven mindset.

• 🔷 Roles & Responsibilities:Handle candidate applications received from Apna Jobs
• Share basic training videos with shortlisted candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and screening
• Assign cold calling tasks via sheet and collect call recordings
• Evaluate candidates based on communication, confidence & sales pitch
• Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs) for final selection
• Ensure only quality candidates are forwarded for hiring
• Maintain daily reporting sheet and update in group
• Follow complete recruitment cycle as per company process

1. 🔷 Recruitment Process (Step-by-Step):Candidate applies via Apna Jobs
2. HR shares training materials/videos
3. Conduct interview & basic screening
4. Assign cold calling task via sheet
5. Collect & review call recordings + sales pitch
6. Final selection in coordination with TL

• 🔷 Salary & Benefits:Training Period (1st Month): ₹12,000
• Leaves: 4 leaves per month
• After training, salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000
• (Based on performance, effectiveness & efficiency)
• 🔷 Working Hours:8–10 hours daily (Work From Home)
• 45 minutes lunch break
• May require working in flexible / odd hours
• This is NOT a part-time role
• 🔷 Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)
• Basic understanding of recruitment & sales process
• Ability to evaluate sales pitch & candidate quality
• Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet

हम HARDEV ENTERPRISES एक तेजी से बढ़ती हुई आयुर्वेदिक वेलनेस कंपनी हैं, और हम HR Executive (Work From Home) की भर्ती कर रहे हैं, जिनका काम Apna Jobs के माध्यम से Sales Executives की भर्ती करना होगा।

यह एक फुल-टाइम वर्क फ्रॉम होम जॉब है, जो एक ऑफिस जॉब के समान है।

• शॉर्टलिस्ट कैंडिडेट्स को ट्रेनिंग वीडियो भेजना
• इंटरव्यू लेना और स्क्रीनिंग करना
• कैंडिडेट को कोल्ड कॉलिंग शीट देना
• कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग और सेल्स पिच का मूल्यांकन करना
• Team Leaders (TL) के साथ समन्वय करके फाइनल चयन करना
• केवल अच्छे और योग्य कैंडिडेट्स को आगे भेजना
• रोजाना रिपोर्ट शीट ग्रुप में शेयर करना
• कंपनी की पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया को फॉलो करना

2. HR द्वारा ट्रेनिंग वीडियो भेजे जाते हैं
3. इंटरव्यू और बेसिक स्क्रीनिंग
4. कोल्ड कॉलिंग टास्क दिया जाता है
5. कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग और सेल्स पिच का मूल्यांकन
6. TL के साथ मिलकर फाइनल चयन

• 🔷 सैलरी और लाभ:पहला महीना (ट्रेनिंग): ₹12,000
• महीने में 4 छुट्टियां
• ट्रेनिंग के बाद सैलरी ₹15,000 से ₹25,000 तक
• (परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर)
• 🔷 कार्य समय:रोजाना 8–10 घंटे काम
• 45 मिनट का लंच ब्रेक
• जरूरत पड़ने पर odd hours में भी काम करना पड़ सकता है
• यह पार्ट-टाइम जॉब नहीं है
• 🔷 योग्यता:हिंदी में अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल
• बेसिक इंग्लिश समझना
• भर्ती प्रक्रिया और सेल्स की समझ
• मोबाइल/लैपटॉप और इंटरनेट अनिवार्य
• जिम्मेदार और अनुशासित होना चाहिए
