Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our growing real estate organization. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and building a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
- Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDevelop hiring strategies for differnt roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume sales hiring
- 2. Employee Onboarding & EngagementDesign structured onboarding programs for new hires
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- 3. Performance ManagementImplement KPI-driven performance systems (especially for sales teams)
- Manage appraisals, incentives
- Work to improve productivity
- 4. HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary actions
- 5. Culture & Employer BrandingPromote a positive and high-performance work culture
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of recruitment
- Experience in performance management systems
- Excellent communication
- Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 2–5 years of HR experience (real estate industry preferred)
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time-to-hire and quality of hire
