HR Recruiter

We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter who specializes in hospitality hiring, especially café and QSR roles. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit candidates for:

• Barista Team
• Service/FOH Staff
• Kitchen Team (Commis, CDP, Helpers)
• Restaurant / Café Manager
• Inventory & Operations Manager

This is a remote-friendly role, but you should be based in or near Delhi NCR so you can visit outlets when needed and also handle basic HR coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment – Primary

• Source candidates through WhatsApp groups, Apna, Naukri, Instagram job pages, LinkedIn, and hospitality networks.
• Build a strong pipeline for all café roles: baristas, service staff, stewards, kitchen staff, commis, CDP, supervisors, managers.
• Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate skill levels, attitude, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule walk-in interviews and joinings at outlets.
• Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and candidate database.

HR Operations (Secondary duties)

• Assist with documentation: ID proof, offer letters, joining forms.
• Support in attendance management and basic HR compliance.
• Handle employee onboarding and coordination with outlet managers.
• Help implement basic HR policies and SOPs across the café locations.
