Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter 

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Staffing/Consultancy preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple industries such as BPO, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Blue-collar hiring. The role requires strong coordination skills, target orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates 
• Understand client requirements and job specifications
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases 
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
• Follow up with candidates till joining and ensure closure of positions
• Maintain and update candidate database/ATS regularly
• Handle bulk hiring requirements (Blue-collar / Entry-level roles preferred)
• Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
• Experience in Non-IT / Bulk Hiring / Staffing industry
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
