Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent sourcing strategies, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and networking events.
• Stay up to date with hiring trends and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (typically 1–3 years for entry-mid level roles).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
