Job Description
We are hiring an HR Executive / HR Manager for our digital marketing company who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The candidate will handle hiring for roles such as SEO, social media, PPC, content writing, and design, while maintaining employee records, attendance, and coordinating payroll processes. The role also involves implementing HR policies, managing performance reviews, and addressing employee concerns to ensure a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and a basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws. A degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred, and prior experience in a digital marketing or startup environment will be an added advantage. The salary range for this position is ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
