Job Description
Job Summary
The HR Operations role is responsible for managing and improving day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance with policies, and efficient HR service delivery. This role acts as a bridge between HR strategy and execution.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. HR Process ManagementOversee and manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation
- 2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementHandle onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes
- Manage employee data, contracts, and HRIS systems
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, and exits
- 3. Payroll & Benefits AdministrationSupport payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Manage employee benefits (insurance, leave, bonuses, etc.)
- Resolve payroll-related queries
- 4. Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain statutory records and audit readiness
- 5. Employee Support & EngagementAct as point of contact for employee HR queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
- Handle grievance and basic employee relations issues
- 6. HR Systems & Data ManagementManage HRIS and ensure data accuracy
- Generate reports and dashboards for HR and management
- Improve automation and efficiency in HR processes
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 -3 years of experience in HR operations or general HR
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in process improvement or HR automation
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Advanced Excel or HR analytics skills
