Job Description

  • Own complete HR function (Hiring + Operations + Culture)
  • Plan manpower as per hospital growth and occupancy targets
  • Ensure timely hiring across all departments
  • Drive employee lifecycle (joining → performance → exit)
  • Build strong discipline and accountability across teams
  • Handle employee issues, conflicts, and escalations
  • Design and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce productivity
  • Drive performance management system (reviews, ratings, increments)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations
  • Improve employee retention and reduce attrition
  • Build leadership pipeline (train TLs, managers)
  • Strengthen onboarding and training processes
  • Work closely with Ops team to solve manpower gaps
  • Track HR metrics (hiring TAT, attrition, absenteeism, cost per hire)
  • Ensure smooth payroll coordination and documentation
  • Maintain strong workplace culture aligned with company goals
