HR Manager (Head Office - Gurgaon)

The Role: We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead talent acquisition and people operations for our reputable EPC firm. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the recruitment drive to build out our high-performing team at the Gurgaon Head Office.

Core Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years of solid HR experience.
• Industry Expertise: Proven background within the Construction or EPC sector is mandatory.
• Recruitment Specialist: You must possess expert-level sourcing and interviewing skills. We need a "closer" who can identify top-tier talent and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our HO and site staff.
• Fluency: Excellent communication skills to represent the company professionally to senior candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end hiring process to fill critical roles at the Head Office.
• People Operations: Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
• Culture Building: Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a professional and productive work environment.
