Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Maintain and enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and compensation structures
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to senior management
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Preferred QualificationsProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
  • Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations
